On February 15th, 2025, the Jallosh Clean Coast initiative continued its efforts by organizing its monthly beach cleanup across several beaches in Mumbai, including Juhu Pagli, Juhu Koliwada, Bandra, Dadar, Prabhadevi, and Mahim.

This initiative seeks to combat pollution and preserve marine life and is held on weekends. Volunteers were divided into teams and worked diligently to remove plastic trash from the shores.

Over 667 volunteers participated, contributing a remarkable 1667.5 hours collectively to the cleanup. Together, they successfully collected an impressive 3629.73 kilograms of plastic waste from the sea.

This Jallosh initiative shows the power of community action to keep Mumbai’s beaches clean and safe.
