Mansawin is a program designed for police personnel with the aim to create awareness about

mental health and provide them coping strategies to deal with day to day life stressors. During
the sessions, police personnels engage in various expressive arts therapy interventions like free
dancing, coloring and guided meditation. These activities are intended to help them relax,
experience emotional release and promote practice of mindfulness.
